CEO of Amman Vision visits HTC plants in Germany following strategic partnership with NB North Energy
In a significant step towards advancing collaboration in green energy and waste management technologies, the CEO of Amman Vision, Amjad Al Anasweh, along with Abdallah H. Al Khraisha, Studies & Planning Manager of Amman Vision Treatment & Recycling (AVTR), Eugen Eichmann, recently completed an official visit to HTC plants in Relzow, Germany. This visit follows the strategic partnership between Amman Vision and NB North Energy, focusing on fostering sustainable solutions and driving innovation in the waste management and clean energy sectors.
The partnership between Amman Vision and NB North Energy is a forward-thinking initiative aimed at addressing the global need for clean energy and advanced waste management systems. The HTC (Hydrothermal Carbonization) waste management plant in Relzow, at the forefront of innovative waste-to-energy technology, provides an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient solution by transforming waste into valuable resources. This technology holds significant potential in supporting Jordan’s waste management goals.
Accompanied by NB North Energy’s representative in Jordan, Feras Nimer, Mr. Al Anasweh toured the HTC facility to explore the possibility of integrating their technologies into Amman Vision’s urban development projects. Jordan, facing critical waste management challenges, stands to benefit from HTC’s pioneering approach, which could reduce landfill dependence, minimize greenhouse gas emissions, and convert waste into renewable energy.
During the visit, productive discussions were held with HTC’s engineering and leadership teams, focusing on adapting HTC technology to Jordan’s specific needs, particularly in areas requiring urgent sustainable waste management solutions.
After the Relzow visit, the delegation moved on to Aixtron, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of equipment for HTC systems. At Aixtron, Mr. Al Anasweh received a tour of their cutting-edge facilities and engaged in discussions with executives about how Aixtron’s expertise in energy-efficient technologies could support Amman Vision’s clean energy and waste management initiatives. These advanced technologies are expected to play a crucial role in Amman Vision’s future projects, enabling Jordan to adopt a more sustainable, tech-driven approach.
The visit to Germany highlights Amman Vision’s commitment to integrating world-class technologies into its projects. Through the partnership with NB North Energy, Amman Vision aims to build a sustainable energy ecosystem that prioritizes waste management, renewable energy, and technological innovation.
Mr. Al Anasweh expressed optimism for the future, stating, “Our partnership with NB North Energy will allow Jordan to transform its approach to waste management, setting new sustainability standards through the implementation of cutting-edge waste management and clean energy solutions.”
